This is an Act 2 side quest offered by Greven at the Rover Camp in the Arkovian Foothills.
Background[]
A Rover Elder, Mathias, has gone missing after a raid on their camp, fleeing into the nearby ruins to keep safe a precious relic. He has not returned in several days and the rovers fear the worst.
Objectives[]
- Find the lost Rover elder (0/1)
- Collect the talisman from Elder Mathias
- Return to Greven at the Rover Camp in the Arkovian Foothills with news of the elder.
Guide[]
Elder Mathias can be found in the northernmost area of the old ruins which lies to the west of the Rover Camp, past Staunton Mine. Dying from exposure, he begs you to return to Greven the Bone Talisman he guarded with his life. He then gives you the Bone Talisman quest item.
Upon returning to Greven, you can either give him the talisman or keep it for yourself.

| Greven of the Rovers has tasked you with finding out what happened to the elder of his group. The Elder, Mathias, had wandered off during a bandit raid in the hopes of keeping a precious Rover talisman out of the hands of the raiders. It has been several days and Greven fears the worst. Seek out the lost elder in the ruins to the west of Staunton Mine and return to Greven when you found him.
