The Sunken Reliquary is a secret world area in Act 1 and connects to The Flooded Passage.
Although located in Act 1, it is necessary to have completed at least some of Act 2 to enter, as access is gained by placing 3 Dynamite in the Detonation Site to unblock the entrance.
