This is an Act 3 side quest offered by Deathmark Kadris after completing the Manticore Venom quest.
Background[]
A legendary thorned horror beast known as Ol' Bloodbriar has been reported terrorizing the farmers in Homestead. Kadris has been struggling to track down the creature but believes its lair is somewhere in the Shaded Basin.

Guide[]
Ol' Bloodbriar can be found in Bloodbriar's Lair, a cave located in the Shaded Basin. It has an unmarked entrance with multiple spawn points (see map below), and may take a little searching to find. There are several packs of Thorned Horrors to get through before finding Ol' Bloodbriar at the end of the cave. After killing him, Return to Kadris for your reward.
Note: At the end of Bloodbriar's Lair there is a one-way entrance to the Forgotten Depths, the location for The Gloomweaver.

| You have proven yourself to be a capable hunter by acquiring the manticore venom, so Kadris has entrusted you with a hunt he has personally been struggling to track down out in the wilderness. Local stories speak fearfully of an ancient thorned horror known as Ol' Bloodbriar. As it turns out, some of the stories are true and Ol' Bloodbriar's been reported terrorizing the farmers in Homestead. Deathmark Kadris has tracked it as far as the Shaded Basin, to the south of his camp in the Pine Barrens, but is unsure as to where it's lair is.
If you hunt down the beast, Kadris will see that his superiors are aware of your contributions and will throw a few coins into the mix as a bounty. Objectives:
