The Obsidian Throne is an area in Act 4. It is a part of the Chthonic Void and is accessed via the Forsaken Wastes.
Personal rifts cannot be cast in this area. It has 2 one-way rift portals, one leading back to the Forsaken Wastes, the other, in the center of the map, to the Plains of Strife.
