The Hive Queen's Lair is a small underground area in Act 3, accessed via the Royal Hive.

The entrance is unlocked initially by collecting pheromone gland quest items from two hero creatures, Grand Vizier Lozakal and Grand Vizier Inixil. The lair is home to the Boss creature Swarm Queen Ravna, target of the Culling the Swarm quest.
