Harvey the Drifter is an NPC located inside a house in the Burrwitch Estates.
He offers several dialogue options. if asked about the local area, he will provide information about a secret passage under the nearby bridge which leads to Hallowed Hill. If the player insists on trying to help him, or mentions that his 'son' Walter is a doll, he will attack and the player will have the opportunity to kill him.
