Fort Ikon Prison is an interior world area in Act 4 and connects to Fort Ikon. The area is the headquarters for the Outcast faction.
The area is accessible after accepting the The Aetherial Witch side quest. A larger dungeon area lies beyond the sealed Iron Gate in the first room, unlocked only after choosing to kill Anasteria in the Aetherial Witch quest.
Note: To get past the Iron Gate and access the inner dungeon, it is necessary to start a new game session after killing Anasteria the first time.
