Dominators is an Order of Death's Vigil Faction Bounty.

Aetherial Dominators are masters of resurrecting the dead, their powers strangely mimicking our own.
We must deny the enemy their reinforcements. Every Dominator destroyed means less undead fighting against us.
To assist you, the Order will bestow an enchantment. Your efforts will be rewarded with iron bits.

Guide[]
The Dominators can be found following the road south east from the Homestead rift.
Note that on accepting this bounty, the player is granted the Death's Vigil Enchantment, which lasts for approximately 20 minutes and adds Cold damage to your weapon(s).
