A Sister's Gift is an Act 1 side quest offered by Sybil Hart once you are able to enter the prison at Devil's Crossing.
You can also activate this quest prior to talking to Sybil by killing Milton Hart and picking up Hart's Amulet.
Background[]
Sybil Hart asks you to keep a eye out for her brother, who is missing. She fears he has become one of the undead, and that his enchanted amulet may be preserving him in undeath. Sybil wishes for her brother to rest in peace.

Milton Hart Locations
Milton Hart is a Hero creature located near a house just past the Wightmire Riftgate. Kill him and he will drop the Hart's Amulet quest item.
Return the item to Sybil Hart.
